I followed the recipe except I sprayed PAM on the spears instead of using additional oil. I also cut my zucchini into spears, because I am lazy, and didn’t want to individually coat each coin. |

Let them take a bath in the sand then, throw them into the oven for about 1/2 hour at 450 degrees.
